I have two antique urns on each side of my front door (which is painted bright red) for the fall I have tried out different things, but this this is my favorite. The trick to making them: I think different pumpkins stacked together look the best but you can use all the same type, but always stack them at the store you are buying them at (you don't want to get home and they won't stack nicely). You might have to use garden shears and cut the stems. The best way to getting them to stay all stacked up is E6000 a glue you can find in the craft department. I've used other glues and this is the only one I have found that doesn't mess up the pumpkins. The grapevine started out as a wreath (about $3.50 at Wal-Mart), I cut it up and pulled it apart to wrap around the pumpkins. Add extra pumpkins around the base of the urn, some mums and extra grapevine.
