Five on Friday is all about Thinking Pink

Another week has flown by, Round Top Antique Show is in FULL swing (ends this weekend), we've had football, baseball, and lots of horses and even lots of rain (rare for us).
October brings everything pumpkin flavored and of course everything PINK to support and raise money for breast cancer. This Friday I'm sharing a few of my favorite Think Pink items.

We don't get a ton of rain here, but I try to keep an umbrella handy in my car. This precious little Tory Burch pink polka dot umbrella is perfect to slip in the side pocket on my car door. Tory Burch will donate 20% of the $48 umbrella to Breast Cancer Research Foundation for each umbrella sold.

Glitter and Pink, why yes thank you! Opi, Pink of Hearts nail polish set is a limited edition set for $15.95 and available at Ulta. Opi will donate $25, 000 to Susan G. Komen.

This is probably my fave Think Pink beauty product. Bobbi Brown
French Pink blush set, it's $45 and the color is so cheerful and who doesn't want a pretty blush.

Since I play ONZE with the girls about once a month, you can see why theses would be on my list. Cards, pink and 15 cents of the $3.50 a deck is donated to Breast Cancer...I think I need to get my hands on eight decks and give everyone in cards a set.

This is my ULTIMATE Think Pink Favorite and anyone who doesn't live in Houston or the surrounding areas will be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry jealous. The Houston Shoe Hospital will add a PINK sole to your shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The proceeds will benefit M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Cancer sucks and I can't heal a friend with cancer but I can pray for a cure and show my support.

Have a great weekend.

  2. Ok....not to be a hater but pink has spring and now this bitch has taken over October?!?......seriously wrong! Cancer should be fought 24/7 but colors should know their place!

    1. Rtoulouse,
I totally laughed at your comment (in a good way). I love, love, love pink so all year long is fine with me, but I 100% agree with you, cancer should be fought 24/7. I do think it is, a friend's son was recently diagnosed with cancer and the amazing progress he has made is incredible. The same cancer he has took the life of someone else I know only a few years ago.
Thanks for the comment, I appreciate your view and opinion.
