This week was all about the...wrapping paper. Yes, I said wrapping paper and we are talking about place settings. For the longest time I've used wrapping paper to accent the table. Why not, it's inexpensive, tons of great options and it's easy peasy.
This week I wanted bright and bold, it's been hectic with horse shows and baseball ball so I had to roll with what I had.
I'm thinking this paper came from the dollar spot at Target once upon a time.
I kinda flip for theMacKenzie-Childs courtly check pattern (black and white check dinner plate). It's bold but almost a nuetral, it mixes great with almost anything. Seriously!!!
The napkins are seersucker, the silver is Francis the 1st, the initial plates are also Once upon a time and a great sale through Horchow.
I have to remember this one to use again, it's now a personal favorite.
We had filets that night and a chopped kale salad. No much but yummy.
Since I was digging through my wrapping paper, I knew I wanted to use the donut paper this past week. It seems perfect for breakfast, right???
The strawberry dish (I have two), are a thrift find and I bought white plates and added the pink monograms myself. Talk about easy!!!! I'll probably only be able to handmade them but that's ok.
Sneak peak of up coming table top...️Shark week is just around the corner and to say I'm slightly excited is an understatement.
Have a great weekend friends.
Love and Limes,
Tikaa
