I shared this recipe on snapchat (Tikaac) yesterday and it quickly became the most requested recipe I've shared. Not sure if I should be insulted or not considering there is two ingredients and absolutely no cooking. You all asked and here it is.
I used this peanut butter- 3 TABLESPOONS. Which was a total of 7 points (I'm doing weight watchers).
Ingredient number two - ONE TUB (8 ounces) of Fat Free Cool Whip
Throw the three tablespoons of peanut butter in a bowl.
Mix! I use a French whisk but whatever you have will work, it's peanut butter and cool whip your going to put in a cupcake liner - don't sweat the French whisk if you don't have one. This recipe is for SIX cupcake liners. In the picture I did two batches one with peanut butter and another batch with a Nutella type butter to see what it's like, I'll report back on that one. Anyway, after filling piping bag, line a cupcake pan with six cupcake liners and fill.
After you fill, place in freezer. They will be ready the next day. They are easy to pop out of the cupcake liner and eat as is, but adding banana and a little chocolate syrup is delicious too.
This particular syrup is zero weight watcher points for two tablespoons. In the original picture I added a raspberry sauce that was one point making the total dessert two points. Syrup or not is your choice. Whether you are on weights watchers or not these treats are yummy! My entire family enjoys them.
