Creamy Jalapeño Dip

We love this with basically anything, its ranch with a kick and yummy cilantro flavor.  The KETO pizza I made was a waffle crust from a woman on instagram ( you can look for the exact picture on my instagram account and I have her linked there. You can find the recipe for the crust from her.) I made the waffle crust, topped with Rao’s Marinara Sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese,Parmesan cheese, and chopped up pepperonis. You can add whatever you like: sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper, etc.... 
Placed on a cookie sheet that was lined with aluminum foil (because melted cheese is a real heifer to clean), and put in the oven to melt cheese. I broiled it, because I was hella hungry and didn’t want to wait. Watch it close if you do that, you don’t want to burn it, that would suck especially since you are so close to eating it!!  We like dipping it a bit into the creamy jalapeño dip, but we also like that dip on almost anything.


Ingredients
3/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, cleaned and chopped
1/2 cup pickled jalapeños ( sometimes we use fresh and leave the seeds out)
2 TBSP lime juice ( I use fresh squeezed)
1 cup Mayonnaise ( my favorite is Duke’s but use what ya like)
5 TBSP of Ranch dressing mix ( you know the stuff in the packet, and use it dry)
1 cup Sour Cream 

Mix up the mayonnaise, sour cream, then add the ranch dressing dry mix, stir.
Next add the remaining ingredients and mix well. 
DONE!!
